CarEager® – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CarEager® services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Services Provided

CarEager® offers a range of automotive services, including but not limited to:

• Car detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF)
• Denting, painting, and collision repair
• General car servicing and maintenance
• Extended warranty plans (CarEager Assured)
• Insurance claims assistance and renewal
• CarEager Club membership programs
• Automotive products and accessories

3. Bookings & Payments

• All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be made through approved methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation and refund policies are available on the booking confirmation page.

4. Warranties & Service Guarantees

• Warranty terms vary by service and are communicated at the time of booking.
• CarEager Assured plans include specific warranty and service coverage as detailed in the plan documents.
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the specified validity period.
• Modification of the vehicle by unauthorized parties may void the warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

CarEager® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during service bookings.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup and delivery as scheduled.
• Report any pre-existing damage or conditions before service commencement.
• Follow all recommended care instructions provided by CarEager®.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the CarEager® website and applications are owned by CarEager® and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

CarEager® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
